High End Rough + Finish Carpenter / Renovation Specialist - Maspeth NY
Full-service, General Construction company in New York City is seeking a High-End Rough + Finish Carpenter / Renovation Specialist with 10+ Years of Experience.
We are a rapidly growing company working on Commercial and Residential Projects with several active projects in Manhattan.
We work on a wide range of Projects including High End Bathroom + Kitchen Gut Renovations, Commercial Build Outs, Full Apartment Renovations + Façade Restoration + Waterproofing Projects, Roof Replacement Projects + Town House Gut Renovation Projects. We are looking for a reliable, responsible, efficient carpenter who takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude, and is looking for long term growth. The ideal candidate possesses confidence and collaborative problem-solving skills, as well as knowing how to step back and look at the big picture in challenging situations. Must be able to work alone or with a team and have a thorough understanding of the renovation/remodeling/repair processes Ideal candidate is a team player adept at learning quickly and on-site problem solving. You must be able to work with all kinds of people, without ego.

WORK HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM / 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Project Dependent).

Gee Bee and Sons is currently seeking a full time/part time Estimator to join our growing team.
The Estimator will support and work with Current Estimating/Preconstruction teams to review project plans, requirements and specifications. The Estimator will perform take-offs, pricing and bidding of construction projects while adhering to Gee Bee and Sons standards. Responsibilities will be:

Project Administrator / Office Assistant - Maspeth NY
Provide administrative support to facilitate smooth operations for the Construction team.
This position will interact with a diverse group of internal clients at all levels of the organization. Sound judgment is required in order to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload to ensure the delivery of high-value support and related services. The ideal candidate for the Administrative Assistant role will have strong administrative skills with a strong work ethic, superior multi-tasking abilities, ‘can-do’ attitude and great organizational skills.
The entry level Project Administrator / Office Assitant serves as the main administrative support role, working directly with other members of the bid team and project management team. He/she is the point of contact for all bids in progress, schedule administrative tasks for the PM team and are tasked with following established procedures to keep the department organized and ahead of schedule.
Flexibility, follow thru, self initiative is crucial, as bid and project tasks deadlines as well as other project requirements are often subject to change.
